• Coordination with the accounting department to complete financial transactions (transfers, opening letters of credit and bank guarantees… etc.).

• Assist in the completion of organizations relief deals for food baskets through get the best price for the extra products.
• Search for more good and best supplier.
• Follow up for all logistic department work
• Visit for all international fair such as Gulf Food Dubai to open and develop new biasness.

· Coordination with the accounting department to
complete financial transactions (transfers, opening letters
of credit and bank guarantees… etc.).
· Coordination with the sales department and
administrator warehouses to develop plan quarterly
purchases.
· Analysis of data from previous years to determine the
best seasons to buy items to achieve the targeted
profitability.
· Search for more supplier credit and add credit limits
· Fix & repair contract and follow up.
· Handling Manager works if he is outside the country.
· Follow up for all logistic department work
· Visit for all international fair such as Gulf Food Dubai to
open and develop new biasness.
· Visit our supplier to resolve any problems resulting from
work.
• Responsible to the Board of Directors for the proper performance of the executive and administrative structures.
• Use the money according to the plan and approved budget and directives Board of Directors.
• Right to be appointed without the main functions of the device as the administration has the right to take accounting procedures for staff and workers in accordance with the regulations.
• Sign contracts on behalf of the institution and in accordance with conditions determined by the Board of Directors.
• Prepare the annual report and presented to the Board of Directors.
• Guidance through the distribution of functions and powers between the staff, solve problems and take appropriate decisions, performance monitoring and is being evaluated and the distribution of penalties and rewards of the receivable
