.1.4 Job Description:
 Attend the quality meetings with client for issues and assurance the quality of project.
 Conduct quality tool box meetings at site, giving technical explanation to the direct labor.
 Closing quality issues with QC inspectors and supervisors within the project specification, and international code/Standard.
 Assigning inspector for every specific work (welding, piping, coating, mechanical or E&I inspector).
 Conduct fabrication tool box meetings prior the jobs starting for all construction supervisors, fabricators, pipe fitters, welders and their helpers to increase the quality and safety awareness.
 Conduct construction tool box meetings for E&I team prior the jobs starting to obtain high level of quality and safety for all E&I activities such as cables type, length, elevation, pulling and cutting also supports of cable tray, lights and instrument devices and termination gliding …..…etc.
 Issuing internal NCR to non conformance work and prepare CAR/PAR when it is required.
 Submit RFI for welders qualification test and attend/wetness the welders test.
 Prepare welders certificate and welders ID's cards for every welder to make him authorized for product welding.
 Conduct all necessary welding tool box talk for welders and welding foremen to minimize welding repair.
 Coordinate all QA/QC activities between the inspectors at site under quality manager supervision.
