Preparing daily and weekly sales reports and sending them to head office.
Performing internal audits on monthly basis to ensure stock quantity is updated.
Running whole retail store, assigning tasks to employees, managing stocks, cash handling, day to day ordering, purchasing stocks..merchandising, POS systems, warehouse operations, receiving and dispatching stock from warehouse.
