Works with the Quality Control Team under a QC supervisor in ensuring that the products that come out of the plant are clean, safe and best quality.
•Performs inspection on the Raw material and insure that only good and correct material meeting the purchase order and quality requirement are accepted.
•Checks for the proper storage/ stocking of Raw material by applying the Food Safety Management system, such as HACCP and FIFO system.
•Preparing the production area by applying GMP practices.
•Performs Calibration and conditions monitoring on instruments.
•Conducts Visual Inspection on the product to comply with standard operating procedures.
•Performs chemical analysis, water analysis and Visual inspection on product
•Prepare micro media and Performs Micro analysis
