Managing Regional Credit Control activities by setting monthly targets and implementing payment follow up measures across all branches.
Implemented quarterly balance confirmation process and also set weekly tracker for recording dunning process.
Analyzing credit and risk by verifying legal supporting information and recommendation as well ensuring retrieval of all legal documents required to established credit terms.

• Managing credit control team across the country and ensure there is no conflict in workflow and work assignment accomplished on time. Implemented tracking system to ensure the Allocation and reconciliation for all collected payments and bank transfer is tagged in system on daily basis furthermore resolve and provide proper guideline to team members to meet deadlines for closing of month and forward SOA to clients.
• Analyzing credit rating by verifying legal supporting information and recommendation, ensuring retrieval of all legal documents required to established credit terms.
• Analyzing ageing report, enforcing credit controls measures and promoting necessary action to collect long and outstanding dues. Regular credit review meeting with business units & Key Account Managers to identify problematic & doubtful accounts.
• Weekly review and regular follow up with each credit controller to ensure performance is in line with organization’s Credit Policy.
• Directly liaising with critical delinquent clients along with sales team and making physical visit if required.
• Managing & sending weekly dashboard & receivable forecast to Management.
• Assisted in annual audit and work with Group appointed auditors on all concerns.

Ensured that the Credit & Collection target goals are achieved. Making heavy volume of collection calls to customers on regular basis followed by personal visits when necessary. Coordinating and escalating issues by making contact to all customers in assigned territory at least once per week.
Keeping Bad Debt exposure within budget target range. As an experienced credit controller, identifying and resolving accounts that impact bad debt reserve.
Working with Branches for collection and coordinating with team members to minimize delinquent’s accounts more efficiently.
Hands on Experience with call escalations to solve the problem incidences and following up with the corrective course of action.
Preparing and updating of database for Client’s change of address and other important information to track bad debts more efficiently. Sending MIS & daily reports to concern authorities.
