To ensure works are being executed as per optimal quality requirements as required for the project.
To inspect completed works for possible defects and imperfections prior to inviting the consultant
for final inspection.
To ensure all the pertinent documentation is maintained and all information is available for ease of Inspections.
To control all constructed works and issue surveillance and NCRs to the construction team for
any non compliance.
To ensure that site team is following all the standard procedures for work and as stipulated in the contract documents, method statements, ITPs, shop drawings and material submittals.
To ensure that all client requirements are being satisfactory complied by continuous monitoring and
improvement of the completed works in by preparing progress and dilapidation reports as well as follow up of any observations from client and consultant.
To attend quality meetings and conduct quality tool box talk on site for quality awareness.
To maintain all the constructed works with photos and relevant data for documentation and to
record and maintain lessons learned.
To liaise with the site team to follow proper work procedures to complete the works with a “Do it Right First Time” approach.
To report daily progress and quality related matters to the quality manager.
To ensure the discipline staff, inspect in-process activities and organize consultant’s inspection for releasing the area for further activity.
To ensure that contract specifications are being facilitated at all locations of construction activities under supervision consultant.
To follow up the corrective action procedures for non-conformities and forward the re-inspection report to the Project Manager /Site Engineer.
To verify and maintain quality records for reference.
To verify the approved inspection requests, quality control testing and its conformance with specifications at all relevant locations and ensure that they are being completed and maintained in accordance with QC procedures and relevant method statements.
To check and verify the incoming permanent materials.
To perform joint sampling with consultant representative for test in accordance with the project specifications.
Ensures that internal audits take place for ensuring quality management systems and its implementation.
Reviews the preventative actions recommended in non-conformance reports, initiates and verifies corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence of non-conformity.
Ensures site personnel follow the quality assurance system and assists in training site personnel in the Quality Management System.
Periodical audit conformance of WBG and subcontractor’s Quality Management Systems.
Expedites, reviews the preparation of ITPs, Checklists, Method Statements, Reports and procedures.
Prepare method statements as per site requirements and get review with QA/QC Manager, and then submit for approval to consultant.
Maintains the logs of Method statements, NCRs, Monthly testing progress, etc.
Ensures all the procurements take place as per clients provided specification.
Ensure work conducted complies with contractual agreements, regulatory requirements & standards.
Preparation of all quality documents and logs such as method statements, ITPs, RFIs, Quality reports.
Inspection of third party quality testing for materials such as concrete, soil/ sand etc.
Reporting directly to the Quality Manager & Project Manager for progress status & corrective actions for any non-conformity.
To monitor all the site activities and taking approval from client.
To organize all QA/QC Inspections.
Organizing & attending weekly & monthly quality meetings with the entire project team, sub-contractors & client.
Coordinating & meeting vendors for approved materials to be used at site as per specifications.
To maintain quality assurance records of the project as well as specific quality system documentation as per project contractual requirements.
Managing the construction activities at site as well as materials, resources and allocation of manpower.
Attending weekly and monthly construction progress meetings.
Recommending solutions to all kinds of construction related issues for corrective action in a timely manner.
To coordinate with the client representatives on site for all construction activities.
Assign related tasks to the sub-contractors to meet deadlines and to avoid construction delays.
Initiate and control construction activities under the role of Job Originator at site.
To ensure by means of Tool Box Talk to laborers the risks involved and accident prevention on site by following health, safety and environment guidelines and standards.
Quality assurance and quality control for all infrastructure works with contracting division.
To ensure all quality documentation i.e. work inspections, MIR, material submittals etc. is
documented and maintained and to follow up for their timely approvals.
To ensure all work is inspected with supervision consultant.
To issue internal NCRs to subcontractors for any non conforming works.
Follow up on pending snags in construction activities.
To ensure all as built field records are in accordance with the site conditions.
To ensure all tests are carried out as per approved ITP and all works as per approved
method statement.
To attend weekly progress meetings and to follow up on subcontractor work progress.
To maintain all the site records including site photos for completed works for planning progress.
To report to the Quality Manager & Construction Manager on site.

Creating existing topographic plan of highway from drawing nodes on AUTOCAD.
Extracting highway profile using EAGLE POINT.
Preparation of design criteria from GDHS-AASHTO 2004.
Designing the horizontal and vertical alignment as per AASHTO standards.
Preparing design and determining the infrastructure required for its construction.
Preparing essential project documentation and maintaining office records.
Preparing BOQs of proposed projects.
Providing technical advice to sub-contractors on site and to managerial staff.
Preparation of entire conceptual document Planning Commission (PC-1) including cost estimate
and drawings on Auto Cad.
Monitoring various tests on sites such as Field Density Test (FDT) and core cutting of roads.
Reporting possibility of flaws in equipment and construction material.
Surveying for improvement, rehabilitation and construction at different sites (roads, bridges
and storm water drains) by using Total Station.
Visiting sites to determine the environmental impact on the surrounding areas by carrying out
a condition survey.
To ensure that as built field records and technical detail on drawings/specifications are up to
date and strictly followed without any misrepresentation and ambiguity.
Undertaking technical and feasibility studies and site investigations.
Reporting directly to the manager and design director about the progress of the project on a
daily basis.
