Anantara Doha island resort and spa
A self-sufficient luxurious holiday resort island located about
3.5 km off the coast of Doha. The total area of the Anantara
Doha Island Resort (Banana Island) is around 129, 000 m²

Mall of Qatar is a large and glamorous shopping center
situated adjacent to Qatar’s FIFA 2022 World Cup stadium
with a dedicated station on Doha’s new metro line with an
estimated 20 million customers anticipated to annually visit
the mall.
An award-winning team of international designers,
architects, marketers and building professionals worked
together to bring to Qatar the best shopping and
entertainment experience. With 1, 750, 000 square feet of
retail leasable space spanning across 3 levels, the mall hosts
over 400 shops including luxury boutiques and the world’s

• IKEA, a DOHA Festival City Project (a Design and build
project)
The project calls for the construction of 32, 000-square
meter IKEA Store as a part of Doha Festival City located 15-
kilometer north of downtown Doha on Al Shamal Road,
Doha, Qatar.
The project involves: Basement level car park, Ground level
car park, First and Second Floor, Warehouse, Showrooms,
Restaurants, Kitchens, Offices, Extensive external car parks
and landscaping
CPI A Utility Tunnel Works Lusail Project (An
Infrastructure project contain of 11 KV and 66 KV sub-
stations, storm water station and 22 KM long utility
Tunnel)
Lusail City will use a state-of-the-art system for maintaining
a cool environment in buildings and towers. The system
involves chilled water in pipes that are fed to each locality
via underground tunnel in the Marina district and through
an extensive network throughout Lusail City.
A central control facility will be responsible for operating,
managing, and maintaining the cooling system as well as
achieving the following:
