Lead a team of QA/QC Engineer, Inspector & Procurement quality Vendor
team of different project disciplines.
• Preparation, implementation, monitoring, revision and updating of
the project specific Contract Quality Plan.
• Development, preparation, implementation, and monitoring of all
projects Specific QA/QC procedures, Manual and Work Instructions.
• Develop project Quality Control Plans (PQCP), Inspection test plan
(ITP), and project specific specification & Procedure.
• Plan and coordinate quality assurance and quality control activities
following Project Quality Plan, in line with national and international
quality norms /rules /regulations
• Liaison with the Company on matters related to Quality and
provides technical support/coordination with PMC/PMT.
• Review and Monitoring of Sub-Contractor’s Quality Systems,
performance records and quality performance.
• Coordinate & Review of Procedures, ITP, etc., submitted by
Vendors /Subcontractors.
• Coordinate and record regular quality meetings with subcontractor
project team.
• Conduct of Auditing - internal and external as per project
requirement and follow up of Corrective Actions.

• Overall control, supervision and implementation of Contract quality
and Authority technical requirements; resolution of quality problems;
preparation and maintenance of Contract quality records.
• Review of contract documents to ensure identification and
comprehension of all quality requirements.
• Establish supplier QA/QC coordination procedure and inspection
Management Plan.
• Ensure availability of adequate and qualified resources for project
relevant Vendor Inspection.
• Supervise and/or direct Inspectors as applicable, directly or through
the inspection coordinator.
a) Confirm that the inspector meets all HSE requirements for the
visit.
b) Ensure that the inspector is qualified to witness the Inspection or
Test.
c) Ensure Inspector’s access to or possess all specifications,
purchase requisition, standards, etc. that are relevant to the scope
of supply.
d) Provide the inspector a copy of the inspection and Test Plan and
a copy of the Pre-Inspection Meeting (PIM) Minutes for the
commodity being tested. Also provide the inspector with an ITP
Witness Report.
e) Ensure the inspector has sufficient time to become familiar with
these documents before travelling to the supplier’s facility.
f) Ensure & Coordinate all Non-Destructive Testing requirements for
site job and shop floor areas.
• Closely involvement & monitoring of the project punch list issue
resolution, NCR closing prior to Issuing BCC.
• Responsible for Inspectors On-boarding/ Briefing about the Project
& Requirements.
• Secure Quality focus in contracts and follow-up of suppliers and
contractors, incl. site visits.
• Identify non-conformances and agree corrective actions(s) with
responsible Management and the Company.
• Raise, Track, and analyze NCR’S, CAR’S and Audit findings for
continuous improvement of quality management system, maintain
Internal and External NCR, assessment reports and opportunity for
improvements & follow-up of corrective and preventive actions.
• Control all Non-Conformance Reports and undertake remedial
action
• Attend Kick-Off Meetings and Pre-Inspection Meetings.
• Check availability and approval status of the Vendor document &
authorize the inspection.
• Coordinate, perform & resolve all site technical quires as per code.
• Interface with the project expeditors, Inspection coordinators and
discipline engineers.
• Identifying quality requirements for designated purchase orders.
• Reviewing and approving quality related aspects of bids, including
vendor assessment.

Anantara Doha island resort and spa
A self-sufficient luxurious holiday resort island located about
3.5 km off the coast of Doha. The total area of the Anantara
Doha Island Resort (Banana Island) is around 129, 000 m²
(12.9ha) having approximately 1, 100m length and being
117m in width. The project includes 34 Guest Villas, 24 Hotel

• Doha Mall
Mall of Qatar is a large and glamorous shopping center
situated adjacent to Qatar’s FIFA 2022 World Cup stadium
with a dedicated station on Doha’s new metro line with an
estimated 20 million customers anticipated to annually visit
the mall.

• IKEA, a DOHA Festival City Project (a Design and build
project)
The project calls for the construction of 32, 000-square
meter IKEA Store as a part of Doha Festival City located 15-
kilometer north of downtown Doha on Al Shamal Road,
Doha, Qatar.
The project involves: Basement level car park, Ground level
car park, First and Second Floor, Warehouse, Showrooms,
Restaurants, Kitchens, Offices, Extensive external car parks
and landscaping
CPI A Utility Tunnel Works Lusail Project (An
Infrastructure project contain of 11 KV and 66 KV sub-
stations, storm water station and 22 KM long utility
Tunnel)
Lusail City will use a state-of-the-art system for maintaining
a cool environment in buildings and towers. The system
involves chilled water in pipes that are fed to each locality
via underground tunnel in the Marina district and through
an extensive network throughout Lusail City.
A central control facility will be responsible for operating,
managing, and maintaining the cooling system as well as
achieving the following:

Main Duties and Responsibilities
• Day-to-day management of the construction site, including supervising and closely
monitoring the site labor force, plants, equipments and works of subcontractors.
• Planning the construction works and efficiently organizing the plants and site facilities in
order to meet agreed deadlines in close coordination with the Foremen.
• Following up with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Tracking the schedule, cost, and recourses of the project, and implementing preventive and
corrective actions to ensure that project progress meets with baselines.
• Reporting to the project manager with daily progress reports and the next day’s schedule,
• Overseeing quality control and safety matters on the site
• Coordinate with post tension team and with Girders erecting team.
