Responsible to available at site full time for HSE cover.  Daily Inspections with seniors.  Daily, Weekly & Monthly Inspection of Emergency services like Fire Extinguishers & First Aid Box.  Ensure that access & egress are always free from any obstruction and safe to use.  Inspection of work permits before commencement of work.
 Conducting Tool box talks (TBT).  Ensure all the lifting equipment, tools and tackles are inspected & have 3rd Party certificate.  Ensure availability of First aid kits and Fire extinguishers at all work place.  Monitor all workers that they are wearing PPE.  Strictly implementation of housekeeping for the job site.

 Ensure all safety precautions like proper cover, fire blanket, fire extinguishers, fire watcher etc are in place while hot work.  Responsible for providing & maintenance of barricade & Safety signages.  Responsible to ensure the proper cable management is in place.  Daily Reporting to seniors regarding the task completed.  Reporting of Near miss & unsafe act / condition to seniors.  Responsible of task given by senior and ensure that its completed on time.  Responsible for time keeping of laborers.  Responsible for maintaining sick leave, absent and other laborer related record.  Ensure that all equipment has assign. Flagman and equipment follow the site speed limit.  Ensure that all light vehicles are parked in reverse.  Responsible to check that all personal use safety harness while working at height
