Responsible for TFM Operations (PPM/ breakdown maintenance/ predictive maintenance
/periodic maintenance/ projects) of Capital Tower Abu Dhabi.
Managing contractors during service period/ DLP period/ warranty period.
Developing & manage proactive working relationship with the business partners to establish
areas of service improvements.
Handling multiple sites including Building, Abu Dhabi Airport Power Plant & District
Cooling Plants in Abu Dhabi.

Responsible for leading and developing technical solutions for the sites-based services (Hard
& Soft) to achieve the service level agreement (SLA), key performance indicators (KPIs) and
health & safety for all services equipment & civil works as required.

improvement of business performance.
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
Coordinate & make necessary arrangements for 3rd party site visits, in coordination with
bidders and end-user.
Preparing monthly reports, weekly report and other documentation as required.
Coordinating site snag/projects with outside vendors as per requirement.
Managing and planning the annual facility operations & annual maintenance contracts
Scrutinizing budgets and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
Evaluating existing facilities for QHSE compliance.
Dealing with the Insurance claims process on accidental damages to property.
Ensuring that facility staff consistently provides positive and prompt response to requests
from the client and building tenants/occupants.
Ability to apply engineering principles and techniques to the solution of equipment, buildings
and infrastructure.
Regular checks and follow-ups on security incident reports and damages to property for
further action and resolution.
