• Brokers channel development and growing business through brokers and ensuring maximum market penetration and profitability.
• Creation, prioritization and implementation of corporate broker strategies and targets for all assigned brokers and create detailed operational reports outlining results.
• Drive and coordinate the multiline renewal process by regular visits and meetings with Brokers to develop existing portfolio.
• Successful delivery against revenue plans and operational KPI’s Management and Monitoring progress against plans regularly, flagging any areas of risk promptly and ensuring all internal quality measures.
• Develop and maintain effective business relationships with all relevant internal sections and external entities with highest standards of business ethics.
• Enhance Brokers performance in terms of revenue, loss ratios and debtors period. Enhancement of brokers by providing training for new products.
• Develop a strong and effective network across industry to explore and explore new business opportunities while regularly attending to Brokers and clients.
• Review processes and performance trends to deliver the optimum customer experience with a clear focus on continuous improvement.
