Currently working with Future Architectural Glass LLC as a Quality Manager.
• Overall in-charge of all QA/QC related operations of the factory.
• Preparation and Implementation of Factory Quality Control Plan, Procedures, inspection and
test plan, Check sheets and work instructions.
• To provide weekly and monthly reports to top managements on Quality Performance.
• Review Project specifications at order finalization stage and liaise with client / consultant for any ambiguity in quality assurance related clauses.
• Working with procurement staff to establish quality requirements for external suppliers and Subcontractor’s Initial Assessment Audit before engaging them for works.
• Attending customer complaints and closing NCRs raised by the clients.
• Identify the training needs for Quality team and other employees and conduct trainings.
• Liaise with different glass manufacturers regarding plant certifications and manufacturing defects in glass stocks.
Worked with JANGHO - J&H Emirates at ADNOC HQ as a Senior QA/QC Engineer Projects.
• Ensure that activities required for effective operation of Project Quality Management
Systems are planned, implemented, Monitored and Controlled in accordance with Contract, Specification requirements and Applicable Codes and Standards.
• To lead, plan, supervise and manage all Quality Control functions at different Levels of Façade Installations, ITP Inspections, Testing and commissioning in accordance with the Contract, Project specification and Approved procedures.
• Preparing Material Approvals of all the suppliers of various materials for Consultants approval.
• Submitting and conducting WIRs & MIRs inspections with the consultant and main contractor as per the approved Inspection and test plan.
• Attending Consultant comments on WIRs, MIRs and Material approvals.
• Co-ordinate with suppliers for consistent material quality compliance as per Project Specification and clients requirements.
• Reviewing suppliers Pre-Qualification Documents and arranging for the Consultants Approval.
• Directing the Site QA/QC Engineers.
• Constantly visiting site and carryout site inspection & monitoring the installation.
• Resolving NCRs rose by Consultant and Main Contractor, by recommending and implementing Corrective & preventive actions till its satisfactory closure by Consultant or Main Contactors.
• Attending Quality Meetings with Supplier / Main Contractor / clients.
• Responsible for monitoring, maintain and completing quality records for QA/QC activities and preparation for final Turn over Documentation, O&M Manuals, Client's Training.
Currently Working with Alumco at MC 5 Salalah International Airport as QA/QC Engineer Projects.

2. Conducting Work Inspection at site as per project ITP and getting approvals from main contractor and consultant.

4. Dealing with main contractor and consultant with regards to customer complains.
Worked as Assistant Manager Quality Control with Future Architectural Glass, Ras al Khaimah, UAE.
• Setup Quality Control Department in the new factory.
• Got the Quality Management System of the new company ISO 9001:2008 certified with 0 Non conformance.
• Prepared all Quality Control Plans on foundations of International EN & ASTM Standards.
• Liaison with third parties like EXOVA, TUV and IGCC for various Architectural Glass product type testing.
• Lead the Glass supplier Certification process of the glass processing company and successfully got certified from all major glass manufacturers like PPG, Guardian, Cardinal, Emirates, AGC and Saint Gobain.
