Key Responsibilities: • Verifying registration of claims pertaining to Commercial (Non-Motor - Fire, Marine, Engg, Property and Misc) Insurance, allotment of survey are in order (with in TAT)
• Analyzing the claim files on admissibility and coordinating timely sign offs from HO/ Higher officials.
• Keeping a track of all claim files and regular follow-up with the Insured/surveyor.
• General Claim's administration - Loss reserve allocation, collection and verification of claim documents, Claim note preparation for approval, sending document deficiency letters, Reputation letters, Salvage arrangements and disposal thereof, Claim Payment & Claim Closing & ensuring compliance with internal audit.
