• Perform on going keyword discovery, expansion and optimization.
• Work with copywriter to ensure copy and landing pages for search engine marketing are optimized.
• Create region specific SEO plan for UAE and other Middle East countries.
• Keep abreast of white hat and black hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines.
• Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords.
• The ability to work with back-end SEO elements such as .htaccess, robots.txt, metadata, site speed optimization, and related skills.
• Training and mentoring junior resources / interns during the tenure of the job.
• A solid grasp of how blogging, press releases, social media, infographic marketing, blog commenting, presentation sharing, video marketing and related strategies go hand-in-hand with SEO.
• Evaluate product offering, traffic, landing page quality, content duplication, design, security, payment options, demographics of prospective customers when determining keywords and campaigns.
• Research and implement search engine optimization recommendations.
• Work with the development team to ensure SEO best practice are properly implemented on newly developed code
• Identify the least difficult but most powerful and profitable keywords.
• Keep abreast of white hat and black hat tactics so as not to violate search engine guidelines.
• Ensure websites are filled with optimal keywords.
• The ability to deploy an effective local and long-tail search strategy.
• Experience in building inbound organic search traffic and improving SERPS.
