• To develop and maintain relations with key customers, as well as the new customers,
• To develop revenue that meets territory targets by generating new comers with regular trade patterns and new post-paid sales patterns.
• Growing and retaining the territory customer base.
• Ensuring proper communication between customers and company with providing feedback on services, and the related issues.
• To plan and organize selling activity according to time and territory
• To monitor the sales executive activities.
• To call sales team for weekly debriefing to monitor the weekly sales activity.
• To expand and enhance interpersonal skills in order to match changes with business needs and customer expectations, also continuously monitoring clients and prospects telephonically along competitor activities in the territory.
• To monitor retail business outlets and their business activities.
• To develop and maintain revenue of the retail business outlets.
• To train new comers in corporate sales as well as retail sales.
