Responsible for the NOC of SDH Transmission
Network monitoring and operations from NMS i.e. iManager T2000 & U2000.
Provisioning New circuits (STM64, STM16, STM4, STM1 and E1).
Second line support and troubleshooting of Optical products.
Provide technical support for 24/7 emergency situations.
On hands experience of SDH and DWDM equipments like OSN 3500, OSN 7500, OSN
1500, Metro 1000, BWS 1600G and OSN 6800, OSN8800.
NE's Backup, and maintenance i.e Routine and Preventive maintenance
On-call support for ring activities and cutovers
Provisional Acceptance Test (PAT).
Level 1 Cellular Communication Course at INTERFACE. Did 2-Months Certification Course in Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Training in BSS, NSS and RF section of GSM
