o Development and validation of cell-based assays to determine efficacy and characterization of Biosimilar antibodies (Mono, Bi and Tri-specific Antibodies). o To develop and perform Antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity (ADCC) using Flow cytometry, Imaging Based Cytotoxicity (Incucyte) and colorimetry-based cytotoxicity (Tecan SPARK). o Development of cell-based assays to determine the binding of the antibodies to different cell lines using flow cytometry. o Development of assays to perform the profiling of different effectors and cytokines post activation by antibody (agonism) using Flow cytometry and Luminex assays. o Isolation of PBMCs from the whole blood. o Isolation of Effector cells from PBMCs (Pan T cells, NK Cells and Macrophages). o Maintenance of different cell lines expressing the desired markers. o Compilation, Evaluation (Graphpad & FlowJo) and systematic presentation of the data to the clients.

o Development (Hybridoma Technology) and Upscaling (Upstream-Cell Culture) of Monoclonal antibody
producing clones for different bacterial as well as viral antigens.
o Downstream and purification of Monoclonal antibodies (Protein Purification) using Affinity
Chromatography and Ion Exchange Chromatography (HPLC).
o Developing stability profile of Monoclonal antibodies using different techniques SDS PAGE, Western
Blotting and HPSEC.
o Bleeding and Immunization of Mice and Rabbit for immunogenicity
o Revival and maintenance of Monoclonal antibody producing clones and different mammalian cell lines
like HL-60 and SP2/O.
o Following GLP and GMP guidelines in compliance with Quality Assurance Dept.
o Preparation of SOPs and validation reports for different assays, procedures and instruments and to
obtain their approval from Quality Assurance dept. (QA) followed by training personnel for the
execution of SOPs.
o Supervised two direct reports and students for their final year dissertation projects.
