• Implementation of company Quality management system to the requirements of ISO, Quality management at Project level.
• Preparation of Call for tender and comparison reports of the project work.
• Preparation and updating of Quality control and Test procedures for Mechanical works.
• Preparation and Updating Site inspection and test Plans for mechanical works.
• Carried out material receiving inspections of mechanical equipment’s and piping.
• Supervision of the installation of Structure, Equipment and piping erection works.
• Ensuring all site inspections are conducted in line with the approved Inspection and Test plan.
• Raising non-conformance reports and make sure timing to closure and preventive actions are satisfactorily implemented.
• Preparation and modification of P & IDs as per requirements.
• Preparation of piping ISO Drawings as per requirements.
• Preparation of Call for Tender for each project.
• Preparing of BOM
• Procurement of material as per required specification.
• Monitoring and controlling of works as per project schedule.
Working as a mechanical engineer and checking the quality of material and work progress.
I completed my B tech in mechanical engineering from visvesarayya technological university belgaum .
