Role: Project Coordinator

Scope: The project will deliver 2 x Tier-3 Data centers (Main and Disaster Recovery) following the TIA-942 standard. Strategically important due to public cloud to government of Pakistan in addition to its services to NTC.
Accomplishments
• Designing, Planning and deployment of Cricket Analysis Department (CAD).
• CAD keeps Records of all type of cricket Matches, Net Practices & all Domestic matches.
• All Pakistan Cricket International / Domestic records are updates on behalf of CAD information.
• Security Audit of Complete Network and its Optimization.
• Prepare and manage O & M plan for the LAN / WAN.
• Responsible for day-to-day network health check and maintenance of LAN and WAN remote sites.
• Deal with SLA / OLA with third parties for all PCB & NCA IT departments.
• Designed and implemented multiple Cisco routers for site to site VPN and Internet use.

• Responsible for the training sessions conducted on live Environments for the Deployment teams in all three Major Cities. (LHR-KHI-ISB).
• Key responsibility was to build Proper procedures (Asset Database) to allocate assets or IT Resources for authorized accesses to all individuals.
• As being Service Provider, I was also responsible for maintaining the Contract of support and maintenance type activities with corporate companies as being third party.
