• Responsible to ensure completeness of loan documents and assessing that each loan application is in compliance with Credit Policy & Procedures and other guidelines circulated from time to time Included Running Finance and Demand Finance.
• Ensure to forward cases to Credit & Risk Department on daily basis.
• Responsible to ensure that valid and accurate data input is made in credit MIS from source documents related to cash flow & Loan applications.
• Ensure defined % of borrowers’ verification as per applicable protocols.
• To assess whether borrowers and guarantor know & understand important loan terms, repayment amounts, due date of repayments.
• To identify Service quality lapses or breach of ethical / professional behavior by sales teams / ROs.
• Ensuring renewal of existing clients.
• Supervision and Training of product knowledge of new hired MSME Loan officers
• Identifying new MSME and small business enterprises in Gujrat and Sialkot district.
• Assessing customer’s loan requirements based on their need and present appropriate loan proposals to credit committee for approval.
• Developing and analyzing financial statements for MSMEs in order to access the financial soundness of the business and customer’s repayment capacity.
• Drafting for loan appraisal, collecting and verifying complete information like personal information, business, guaranties and collateral according to MSMEs requirements.
