• Designing, developing, and maintaining various types of ground service equipment, such as baggage carts, cargo loaders, and aircraft tugs.
• Conducting feasibility studies and assessments to determine the requirements and specifications for new GSE projects.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including electrical engineers, software engineers, and technicians, to ensure the successful integration of mechanical systems with other components.
• Performing structural analysis, stress testing, and simulations to ensure the durability and safety of GSE designs.
• Troubleshooting mechanical issues and providing technical support for maintenance and repair activities.
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Developing maintenance schedules and procedures to optimize the performance and lifespan of GSE equipment.

• Carryout mechanical repair and maintenance buses, trucks and other diesel, electric or gas-powered mechanical or automotive equipment; maintain, repair or replace various systems and components, including electrical, brakes, transmissions, differentials, steering and cooling systems.
• Assuring work standard meet airport safety and operation requirements.
• Perform skilled mechanical repair and maintenance to maintain in a safe and proper
operating condition.
• Inspect and diagnose mechanical defects.
• Perform complete overhauls on transmissions, differentials and clutch systems;
repair or remove and replace rear-end and front-end systems in GSEs and Vehicles.
• Perform complete overhauls on hydraulic air brake systems; repair and adjust air and
hydraulic brakes; design and install high-pressure hoses for hydraulic brakes, power steering, air lines and oil pressure hoses.
• Tune, repair and rebuild diesel and gas engines; disassemble motors and repair and replace parts; recondition and adjust ignition and carburetor systems; service and maintain fuel and cooling systems.
• Align wheels, make body and fender repairs and perform minor sanding and painting of buses as needed; operate wire and gas welding equipment to repair and fabricate metal parts.
• Repair electrical systems in vehicles; install and repair generators, starters, lighting systems, buzzers, warning devices and wiring; inspect, repair and replace wheel bearings, fuel pumps, water pumps and injector pumps; inspect, clean and replace
air and fuel filters.
• Using hand tools and computerized diagnostic equipment to perform tests and repair
diesel engines and vehicles.
• Routine services / maintenance of the Air-conditioning system of airport buses, GS Equipment and vehicles allotted.
• Overhaul and perform heavy repairs for the alternators, starter motors, electrical boards for all types of equipment, cars & buses.
• Perform light and heavy repairs for generators, starter motors, electrical boards and rectifies electrical defects for aircraft handling equipment including GPU, ASU, ACU and HI-LOADERS
• Perform the exchanging of charging batteries.
Installing solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, and other components according to engineering plans and specifications.
Conducting site assessments to determine the feasibility of installing solar energy systems, considering factors such as sunlight exposure, shading, and structural integrity.
Connecting solar panels to inverters and electrical systems, routing wiring, and ensuring proper grounding to meet electrical codes and safety standards.
Performing system tests and checks to verify proper installation, functionality, and performance of solar energy systems.
