Upgrading of production lines to maximize lines OEE via working on lines bottlenecks

Doing preventive & predective maintenance depending on thermal and vibration reports also as per monthly analysis on lines.

Working on continuous improvement staring with team qualifications upgrading.

Do daily inspections of plant equipment/devices conditions depending on check lists.

Prepare maintenance plans on weekly basis.

Troubleshooting machines control system automation and electrical.

Working on spare part updating and avail parts depending on criticality and budget

Familiar with SIEMENS PLCs S7 200/300/400/ and expanded IOs ET200 modules, rockwell plc, omron PLC, profibus, MPI, profinet, ASI, Digital/analogue sensors, Temperature and pressure, vaccum transmitters.
