Processing of all Disciplinary Action (DA) Cases of Head Office Staff and Regional Staff (AVP & above), from initiation to finalization.

Preparation of Office Notes for approval of initiation, Domestic Inquiry, appointment of Inquiry Officer/Committee, & Finalization of DA cases of Head Office Staff.

Follow up & correspondence of DA cases with regions and ensure their swift closure within timeline.

Advise Regions on punishments to be awarded in DA cases.

Ensure compliance of policies and procedures

Preparation of Monthly DA Status Report sent to Audit Division for onward presentation in Control Committee / Board Meetings.

Merging of closed/decided DA case files, in respective personal files of the concern Staff.

Report Termination/Dismissal/Forced Resignations to State Bank of Pakistan within 07 days.

Maintain MIS of DA Cases throughout the bank.

Update DA cases in Human Resource Management System - HRMS-ERP.

Assist Manager-ESS in all issues pertaining to DA across the bank.

Handling of administrative matters of ERD, arranging stationary, travelling & monitoring of budget

Maintain & update record/info/reports in DH-ERD Files.


Preparation of Charge Sheets / Explanation Letters, Office Notes for Approval of Initiation, Domestic Inquiry, appointment of Inquiry Officer/Committee, & Finalization of DA cases of Head Office Staff.

Follow up & correspondence of DA cases with regions and ensure their swift closure within timeline. Support Manager - ESS, in keeping liaison with Regions, to accelerate the pace of DA cases, to be closed within timeline.

Manage processing of DA cases of HO and Regional Staff in terms of DA Policy.

Advise Regions on punishments to be awarded in DA cases.

Assist Manager - ESS in processing of all DA Cases and update MIS.

Managing issues of misconduct such as unauthorized absence or violation of Code of Conduct.

Maintaining employment policies. And ensure compliance of policies and procedures.

Manage timely submission of information to SBP in respect of Terminated / Dismissed Staff.

Provide clearance for DA to Operations and Staff Finance Divisions.

Handling of administrative matters of ERD, arranging stationary, travelling & monitoring of budget.

Maintain MIS of DA Cases throughout the bank.

Maintain & update record/info/reports in DH - ERD Files.

Preparation of Monthly DA Status Report sent to Audit Division for onward presentation in Control Committee / Board Meetings.

Support DH - ERD in an efficient & effective manner.
