Ensure orders are placed in timely manner and stocks are available on time with major focus on maximizing sales.
Ensure stock, sales, and intakes by category available to the business by the start of every month.
Facilitate monthly meeting forecast sales and order by category with the relevant stakeholders and discuss overstock/out of stock situation etc. and corrective actions to maximize sales.
Review every Purchase Order before its release to evaluate its impact on stock and make sure the orders are as per the order forecast agreed during forecasting meetings.

Credit Note for financing companies, Necessary Journal Voucher Monitors grant revenues and expenditures, ensuring data is recorded in the financial accounting system.
•Calculates and prepares reimbursement billing and tracks receivable, reconciles monthly accounts receivable.
