1. Handling emails of Sr. Manager Production.
2. Working with Senior Manager Production for Planning of Production relate issues from Fabric receiving to Ready Goods Shipment.
• Receiving Inbound calls from HBL Branches all over Pakistan
• Diagnose that what type of problem is it for example: If PC issue then to diagnose that its Hardware issue or Windows O/S issue
• Provide FCR over phone on issue such as (If there is some network issue then we check if the user has printer sharing, email send/ receive, icons not seen on desktop, network connection icon/network disable issue then we try to solve the problem on Call through First level support.)
• If the user has Communication issue then request user to ping for confirm of Communication issue
• Documenting the issue accurately in relevant module of HBL track Application
• Assign complaints to respective IT Centers and Regions.
• Identifying fake resolved complaints and forwards the same to Quality Unit.
• Sending reminders of complaints on request of users.
• We check in IRIS the status of ATM MACHINE, last transaction of ATM Machine & the issue is shown & the details of ATM Machine
• Admin Works to handle staff, to handle the correspondence of Parents & teachers.
• To maintain attendance of staff & students.
• To handle all issues of school on Administration level.
