I was the main driving force of BSI I was able to establish a solid ground in conducting a public training in the Emirates of Abu Dhabi. I also assist my colleagues in meeting their objectives keeping the team always on the top of the game. And for 3 consecutive years, from 2012 to 2014, our MEA Public Training Team took the Number 1 spot in BSI Global Training Sales and I was awarded as the Top Sales Training Executive for 2013 and Excellence Award for 2014.

Additionally, I participated in the new program that BSI have launched globally in regards to the customer journey with us. This project intensifies our position in terms of delivering a world class services.

When I became a telemarketer for ICS, I was one of the pioneers who were trained intensively to familiarize the systems of appointment setting of timeshare accounts. With good performance, I was promoted to TEAM LEADER after 6 months supervising 25 telesales executives and handle 5 timeshare accounts both in Texas and California states. I help agents in closing their deals through a TURN-OVER CALL and train them to apply their own sales techniques, master their craft and develop the right attitude to be successful telesales.

Additionally, I monitor my agent’s call through a sophisticated software to check their total presentation on the phone and determine which part needs improvement. I coach them on 1 on 1 or group basis to ensure that they constantly hitting the sales target and happy with their job.
