an inventory control and Responsibility for monitoring and storing materials chemicals in the warehouse to ensure that there are orders for them in future.
key responsibilities :
- Generate daily, weekly & monthly reports .
- Perform cycle stock checks
- Check and adjust bin location of stock
- Ensure works orders are correct and fully completed and that all stock has been allocated to the job correctly
- Complete production orders using SAP system to let clients that their orders has been dispatched
- Utilization SAP program to enter materials into the system .
- using for the SAP production and SAP EWM production and many uses Transaction.
- Ensure integrity and accuracy of the stock management system.
- Manage control measures to ensure mistakes, inaccuracies and discrepancies are highlighted, addressed and resolved.
Responsibility:
- planning and coordination of daily activities - containers and product.
- update the all reporting every time .
- Control for operator reach stacker of containers, who loading and off loading containers for trucks
- Control all matters relating to the efficient and safe utilization of terminal facilities and product handling
- Utilization SAP program to enter materials into the system .
- Monitor and update materials planning in the system
- using for the SAP production and PR_EWM
- Control the planning for the production of materials from the factory in the containers.
- Control the production schedule of materials in the five factories ( Nylon-6, LDPE, EPR, TPO, PMMA )
- Checking the daily reports by email
- Planning the materials and send them to the customer securely.
- Effective communication with the client
- Using for the computer operating skills proficient in MS office applications ( excel), communication skills, advanced in English, problem solving skills, reporting .
Additional tasks as per site requirements:
- assign laboure’s to the designated areas .
- Assign forklift operators where needed for container and truck lodging .
- control Quality and quality at work.
Overseeing and manage the entire production process of the factory, monitor equipment to ensure plant quality, efficiency, and safety, as well as tasks for safe operation, basic maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment and facility tools.
