PLANNING
• Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting initiatives.
• Monitor and direct the implementation of strategic business plans.
• Develop financial and operational strategies.
• Develop performance measures that support the company's strategic direction.
• Involve in Tender Submission process providing all type of financial and operational data required for submission.
OPERATIONS
• Participate in key decisions as a member of the executive management team.
• Maintain in-depth relations with all members of the management team.
• Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, and treasury departments.
FINANCIAL INFORMATION
• Oversee the issuance of financial information.
• Personally review and approve all financial information and payment cycles.
• Report financial results to the board of directors.
• Manage the capital request and budgeting processes.
AUDIT AND BANKING ROLES
• Maintain relationship with Banks and dealing for all type of financial facilities’ required by the Company with Banks.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; manage preparation and support for all external audits and engage in finalizing of financial statements as per international reporting requirements.
• Engage in all internal control assignments and reporting findings to management.

• Managing all finance functions and overseeing the finance team.
• Preparation of budget, forecasts and cash flows.
• Ensure that all financial reporting obligations are met in effective and efficient manner.
• Involved in assignments to identify, investigate, and analyze potential operational improvement and make proposal against the same.
• Develop and utilize forward-looking, predictive models and activity-based financial analyses to provide insight into the organization’s operations and future business plans.
• Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors; manage preparation and support for all external audits and engage in finalizing of financial statements as per international reporting requirements.
• Dealing and coordinating with banking channels in relation to all financing facilities for the company. (e.g. LC / LG / OD and Foreign Payments etc).
• Engaging in internal control assignments and reporting the same to the board of directors.

• Reporting all financial result to local and international partners of the company.
• Coordinating with external auditors & engage in finalizing of financial statements as per international reporting requirements.
• Dealing and complying all sales and income tax matters.
• Fulfilling all corporate bodies regulations requirement on behalf of the company
• Dealing and negotiating with banks & insurance companies.
• Development and implementation of in-house ERP Accounting Package.
• Involve in new product costing and budgeting process.
• Performing and reporting internal control assignments as instructed by the management.
