- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their business needs, define project objectives, and translate requirements into scalable and efficient technical solutions.
- Create technical design documentation and architecture diagrams.
- Provide technical guidance and support to developers in customizing Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other relevant technologies.
- Identify and resolve complex technical issues and challenges.
- Conduct system performance analysis, optimize code, and ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Provide technical mentorship, conduct code reviews, and facilitate knowledge sharing among team members.
