 Responsible for maintaining records of all outstanding purchase orders with external vendors.
 Arrange transportation and forwarding additional services for all orders to ensure material is delivered on time, as per schedule.
 Mantaining the goods in the Transit Sheet.
 Updating and maintaining the Purchase Orders, Delivery Orders, GRNs and Purchasing Invoices for all the locations.
 Responsible in handling of all custom clearance work and liasing with custom clearance inspectors for custom inspection and import/export documents.
 Passing customs documents such as Import & Re-export Bill of entry, export declaration, GCC BE, sea air & land by online E-Mirsal-II and E-Clearance from Dubai trade site
 Ensure all container movements and gate passes are issued for cargo delivery.
 Prepare certificates of origin through e-clearance for air and sea export goods, in coordination with the Logistic team & warehouse.
 Liaise with Customs, Container terminal, General cargo, CFS & Management office etc of Jebel Ali port, port Rashid and Dammam along with shipping lines regarding import/export goods to expedite custom clearance.
 Following up with the banks on payments for all the account receivables.
 Updating and maintaing the accounts receivable in the books of accounts.
 Preparing the financial costing of goods delivered.
 Tracking sales orders to ensure that they are scheduled and sent out on time,
 Laising with suppliers to check the progress of existing orders;
 Identifying business opportunities & target market.
 Checking the quantities of goods in stock and analyzing fast & slow moving items, back orders, lost orders
 Coordinating with technical team for resolution of customer technical claims and with finance for issuance of credit note as required;

 Reporting to the Director & CEO of the Company, and coordinating with Sales & Accounts Department.
 Managing Sales Services & Handling the Sales of MNC's.
 Arranging dispatches and completing formalities after dispatches, as well as to check if proper invoices
are sent for Collection of Payment, ensuring proper follow up is done for the accounts receivables.
 Compiling reports of Sales Executive from all over India.
 Handling written and oral correspondence in absence of authority & attending to foreign delegates.
 Coordinating with CHA in arranging documents for customs clearance for imported consignments.
 Coordinating with the bank to ensure the payments are received for all imported goods.
