Responsible for evaluation of the tender requirements and understanding the terms and conditions associated with each tender and also analyzing and identifying the principals and suppliers based on client’s requirements.
Appraising client’s requirements for suggesting and recommending products and services that will meet their required specifications based on market research. Providing technical presentations and demonstrations to market products and services to clients.
Intensively following up with suppliers/ principals to receive quotations and ensuring its compliance with customer requirements.
Responsible for price analysis, estimating the freight charges based on datasheet and drawings of the products and calculating the other applicable charges and timely submission of quotations and proposals to clients.
Handling and resolving the technical and commercial queries associated with the products and services, by meticulously coordinating and meeting with clients and suppliers.
Appreciated by management with monetary rewards, for proactively negotiating and handling technical as well as commercial queries with clients, that resulted in addition of 4 million euros (during the fiscal year 2014-2015) and over 5 million euros (during 2015-2016) to company’s profit.
Visiting regular and prospective clients and suppliers to establish and enhance sales and business development opportunities.
Coordinating with the expediting team to ascertain that the products and materials are manufactured and delivered to client on or before time.
Responsible for preparing sales reports, developing sales collateral and training materials.
Represented company and principals in Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exhibition & Conference (ADIPEC) and other business gatherings.
Supported IT team in creating web portal to transform previously archaic intranet into a dynamic website improving communication flow and adding an effective sales tool for sales representatives.
Part of the team that was responsible for creating catalogs, course guides and training brochures that effectively enhanced the sales.
