• Analyzing and find the business opportunities in the UAE market, guiding& managing the sales team.
• To increase the productivity of Sales and maximize the profitability of the division.
• To achieve profitable margin mark-up on each vehicle lease deal.
• To lead, motivate and monitor sales team performance.
• Manage team conflicts so that problems can be resolved amicably.
Customer Satisfaction & Retention:
• Create and develop ongoing business relationships with our clients.
• To achieve 100% retention of existing customer accounts.
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales, service & Operation with the Concerned Mangers.
Leadership & Development:
• Create new or incremental sales & Service opportunities within designated markets.
• Work effectively at various management levels with the customer’s organization to satisfy their demand for products and services.
• To conduct a meeting with his team to discuss the future plans.
