Main Objectives include: -
• AOR for service, operations & distribution within our UAE market, operating out of multiple locations including the Free zone with an operating footprint of around 40000sm2, handling multiple of brands in each DC and throughput targets forecasting on average around 2.5m units per week & managing UAE Ecommerce fulfillment centers, currently operating with 16 brands online with an average daily order throughput of 1800 orders peaking to 3000+ during promotional launches. Ranging from Health & Beauty to Baby apparel.
• Responsible for 620 personnel across all DC’s, inclusive of 168 drivers with a fleet size of 136 vehicles, delivering to over 1100 stores within the UAE.
• QBR - Quarterly brand review on performance, strategy and forecasting (Fashion apparel, footwear, cosmetics and food)
• Managing staff performance and drive productivity efficiently
• Insuring to achieved all the SLAs
• Agreeing route to market strategy from multiple origins, optimizing and standardizing where possible to reduce cost and improve supply chain efficiencies.
• Support any development required for future business growth.
• Monthly meetings with contractors and suppliers on service and performance.
• Attending regular steering group meetings from a stakeholder perspective.
• Budgetary / Financial responsibility

Main objective for ECOM

• Working with suppliers / partners to constantly re-engineer processes and systems infrastructure to enhance customer experience, also Business intelligence to monitor customers behavior, trends and analysis to ensure we continue to give great customer satisfaction
• Driving & measuring key metrics to ensure operational continuous success. Focusing around OTIF fulfilment KPI’s
• Working with the development team on growth strategy planning
• Regular meetings with final provider on performance KPI’s
• Driving continuous improvement mind set with the management and fulfillment teams.
• Monthly back to the floor policy for the Senior management team, working with the operations teams from order picking to final packing
