Present the product functionality in detail to customer prospects and partner teams and be able to explain how the product can address both technical and business problems.
• Conduct product demonstrations at meetings, conferences, seminars, etc.
• Provide input to functional and technical elements of RFIs/RFPs and support the Global System Integrator in the creation of responses.
• Support the product evaluation process and creation of any Proof of Concept (PoC) success criteria with the Partner/Technical/Sales Leader and System Engineering teams.
• Provide input to Services Estimation and associated Statement of Work (SOW), understanding how the product can be configured through supporting services.
• Be a technical resource for product questions and assist in the documentation of product capability for partners and others through knowledge platforms (such as RFP360/Responsive).
• Provide product improvement and roadmap feedback to Product Management using the internal process and associated tools (including Homerun/Aha!).
• Providing leadership in Technical Training and Blue Planet OSS Product Enablement to Partner System Integrator teams.

Design solution architectures for the 5G/4G network requirements, to the extent of being able to install and deploy the platform for customer and partner engagements.
• Gather customer requirements and specifications and translate proposing solutions utilizing Company products.
• Customer engagement while working closely with Customer Unit Sales and SI Engagement Practices organizations.
• Drive business and solution development with the customer, which include solution presentations, customer meetings and Demo for 5G/4G Core solutions.
• Respond to RFPs, RFQs, RFIs and Technical Compliances
• Putting together Technical Proposals/SOW/ Commercial proposals and development of business cases.
• Support R&D, Technical teams in adding or identifying new technology product features, Product Documentation & Roadmap suggestions.

• Currently direct technical account for Building/Development/Testing of 5G core/RAN Lab in IIT Madras, in collaboration with technology partner Exium, Cable free, Rebaca Test technologies.
• Authoring of HLD/LLD, Design to delivery process details, POCs, Mop Reviews for use cases, Whitepapers, Technical documents.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to understand/discuss the business strategy and use cases, work back with technical teams such as RAN to lead the development of an end-to-end architecture that aligns with the business strategy.

• Responsible for Regular interactions, discussions with potential customers for defining 5G use case as per requirements.

• Was part of the 5G Development team for industry 4.0 Application Enablement Platform (AEP) solution development, which would enable next generation AI, MEC, AR/VR/XR and IoT applications to leverage and be enhanced 5G Core network aware.
• Collaborating and managing the team for the Development of Enterprise Application Enablement Platform (AEP) which is going to be deployed between 5G RAN and 5G Core to create new offerings for Enterprises by capitalizing the 5G network capabilities.
• Providing Leadership and technical support to developers and team members by preparing Confluence based technical design documents describing functioning of service based 5G core and RAN derived from 3GPP and ORAN Alliance architecture and Specifications for envisioning product development and strategy.
• Collaborating for technical discussions and decisions focused Around POC for realization of the Product services which involve setting up of test beds like open5gs for testing and demonstrations. Evangelized the product vision and building trust by maintaining an accurate and achievable roadmap.
