Responsibilities:

Pre-Awards:
 Drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution of non-disclosure agreements, contracts, consulting agreements, lease / hire agreements, review of customer proposed terms and conditions, JV agreement, Consortium Agreement;
 On all standard and non-standard contracts, provide redlined recommendations, negotiate directly with Client, and provide recommendations.
 Contractual and Commercial evaluation of Tenders, Risk identification and its mitigations, review of bond / bank guarantees requirements, coordination for legal advice etc.
 Drafting and reviewing of Tie-up Agreements, Sub-Contracting Agreements, MOU’s etc.

Post-Awards:
 Facilitate the transfer of Contract documents from Tender Department to Operation Team
 Establishing the contract framework for contract administration and projects
 Monitor post award compliance from interpretation of requirements to implementation of plans and procedures and ultimately all matters related to contract closeout.
