- Develop and implement category strategy to achieve revenue and profitability goals.
- Build strong relationships with existing merchants and execute negotiations to secure the best pricing, sales programs, and promotional support.
- Developing effective communication channels and incentive programs for International Supply
chain and Partners.
- Working on growing more International Supply partners.
- Partnering with International courier companies.
- Collaborate across functions to drive business goals (including Marketing, Sales, Business
Development).
- Addressing customer concerns, training them on our system, and owning the relationship.
- Monitor and analyze International Supply performance data to identify key areas of focus and problem solving captains and companies concerns.
- Meet KPI and targets related to captain on-boarding & international supply.
- Inspire & lead the supply chain team.
- Work closely with performance, quality, loyalty & growth teams to develop and implement
strategies that improve the performances of International Supply Chain.
- Strengthening the relationship with International Supply partners.
- Create strategy to let the drivers deliver the maximum number of shipments in short time with
the minimum average of oil consumption.
