• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.

• Ensure that the work has been completed successfully before delivery, resulting in decreasing redo repair tasks.
• Explain all completed work and charges to the customer.

• Carry out pre-delivery inspections (PDI) of machines at customer sites and workshops as required, and in conformance with manufacturers specification, Company policy and the regulations affecting the use.
• Conduct general maintenance dutieSs such as engine and gearbox overhaul, and electrical repairs to ensure smooth and reliable machinery utilization.
