GPON Access Nodes, for Greenfield as well as brownfield deployment

Involvement with the planning, design and engineering of the fixed access network in the broadest sense, leading a team of engineers responsible for design of fiber and copper OSP as well as access electronics for FTTx and xDSL.
Expertise in project coordination activities to ensure completion of the project within the time & budget and optimize resource utilization.

Dubai Links (Provided GPON/FTTH Backhaul to all GSM sites in major malls in Dubai -230 sites)
Dubai Focus (Provided GPON/FTTH Backhaul to all GSM sites in Jumeirah -35 sites)
GSM Modernization project (Provided GPON/FTTH Backhaul for new single RAN introduced equipment in Dubai - 1826 sites)

Job Description: MEP Project Engineer
Knowledge and Experience: • Experienced with Electrical systems installations (HV cabling and Busbar systems up to 3200A)
• Experienced with LV systems (Fire Alarm, CCTV, Public Address, Security systems etc.)
• Experienced in Autocad and Primavera software packages.
• Extensive Project management experience.
Responsibilities and tasks: • Preparing tender studies and quotations for electrical, structured cabling and telecom projects.
• Coordinating with Project Mnanager to ensure easy work flow.
• Managing day-to-day site activities, work progress monitoring and management for electrical and structured cabling projects and On-site installation supervision.
• Ensuring that work done is according to Spec's, Government Regulations, customer expectations and enforcing Company Quality Policy.
