The following is a partial listing of IC & E Engineer responsibilities:
1. Instrument and control maintenance work of 247 MW MHI Gas Turbine & its auxiliaries, 131.5 MW Fuji Steam turbine & its auxiliaries, 230 KV Switchyard, 3 16KV, 11KV, 6.9KV Power transformers, HRSG, Condenser, Vacuum pumps, Boiler feed pumps, Fuel gas compressors, Boiler water treatment, Trouble shooting and follow up of DCS ( FUJI, Metso and Mitsubishi).
2. Troubleshooting; Repair and maintain all electrical & instrumentation equipments as required for supporting the plant operation; Assist in control of spare parts inventory; Assist in requisitioning parts and supplies; Maintain a clean and safe plant environment; Assist in budget planning and control; Assist in plant operation as required;
3. As per CMMS system. Spare list inventory, work order follow up and maintenance as per maintenance planner

Responsibility: In this Petro-chemical Project I was fully involved in all electrical and instrumentation Erection, installation, commissioning and start-up under the consultancy of CHEMEX LLC, USA.
1. Planning and execution of Electrical and instrumentation work.
2. Hot oil Heater, Reformer Heater, Recycle Compressors, Hydrogen and Nitrogen compressors, Hydrogen and nitrogen generator Instrument skid installation, Operation, maintenance and trouble shooting.
3. Deploying Electrical & Instrument contractor, BOQ, work order preparation for contractor and supervising.
4.Installation, commissioning, range setting and calibration of Instrument (All kind of control valve, measuring instrument, Indicator, Level glass, Gauge, Switch, Transmitter, etc).Yokogawa, Masonelian. Honeywell, Emerson. Rosemount, Krohne, Jarguson both magnetic and reflex type.
5.DCS (Emerson, DeltaV) and PLC’s (Allen-Bradly) commissioning and networking, instrument interlocking, range setting and calibration
6.Plant utility installation and commissioning i.e Reverse osmosis (RO) plant, Boiler, Dearator, Instrument air compressors, cooling tower and Fire Pump.10. Ensure daily, weekly and monthly checks of machine and Maintenance on regular basis. Requisition of spares for Electrical and Instrument prior to out of stock.
