At BISJ, being one of Jeddah's most reputable schools, I taught the Arabic language for non Arabic speakers and assisted in the Arabic classes for Arabic speakers in the lower and upper primary school.
I had to quit my job there as my husband had to leave Saudi Arabia. With this move, I had to close one very dear and important chapter in my life that has lasted 18 years with me developing passionately my language teaching career in Jeddah's well recognized schools, namely Dar Jana International school and the French International School of Jeddah.
I consider myself to be very lucky to have developed my career in a multi-cultural atmosphere which was crucial in shaping up and enriching my personality as well as that of my students who came from all over the world.
My job was to teach English as a foreign language in the upper and primary section.
In the meantime, I had a training which enabled me to become certified by ESOL of Cambridge University as an oral and speaking examiner.
My job was to teach the English language and Social Studies in the upper primary school.
