Handling all the day-to-day routine functions and clerical tasks

Essential point between the HR department and the employees: sending their needed requests to the head office, organizing the leaves issue by the daily follow up with all the supervisors on the attendance to submit the leaves on the system and keeping an updated record.
Issuing the overtime report approved by the Logistics Manager and submitting it to the HR on time

Organizing a filing system concerning the vehicles of the company to renew the transportation licenses, paying the mechanic fees and many other issues in coordination with the Services Manager


..Coordinating with all our warehouses (Zahle, Ras Maska and Zefta) in different issues especially the cars and the employees attendance

..Worked on the delivery schedule with the clearing agents working at the port to check the readiness and the delivery of the containers

...Worked on the tracking report and on the causes of the discrepancy in delivering the containers to the warehouse




Assisting the Logistics Manager:

Responding to the calls related to him and giving him the needed information.

Organizing his meetings and interviews also greeting his visitors.

Handling the printings, fax, mails and the administrative duties that concern him and keeping a confidential environment

Signing the invoices with him also the contracts of the suppliers we are dealing with, to submit them on time to the Finance and Accounting department being the point of contact between this department and the warehouse.
