Training Coordination & measure the training effectiveness
•Conduct & follow up on Competency Matrix vs. Development plan Compliance “Pillars, Factory, committees.
•Create Training Implementation plan across all levels.
•Deliver all the training need such as “TtT” Train the Trainers and everyday coaching.
•Training Certification TCA and CBP& Follow up and deliver “Train the Trainers “TtT and “ Everyday Coaching EDC” and follow up and report trainers certification. CBP coordination, follow up & report quarterly & TCA monthly to achieve 95% CBP compliance + TCA Compliance 90%
•“LDv” Leadership Development implementation plan “PE, PDG”. 95% PDG updated twice a year & 100% PE completion.
•Applying reward and Recognition system, 75%of Functions with active functional Recognition
Program, 70% satisfaction form year-end online survey.
•Foster Self Learning.
•Member of TPM & Goal Alignment Pillars, make sure of the implementation of the TPM & GA methodology across functions.
Achievements and projects:
•Achieving the target of training coordination by 95% with a regular reporting on monthly & weekly bases to E&T Leader as well as to the trainer.
•Achieving & conduct the development plan Compliance for “Pillars, Factory, committees. Update Competency matrix monthly, report development plan compliance monthly & consistently with 95% development plan compliance.
