- Review and Approve Projects Master Schedules
- Budget and Cost Control
- Prepare/Update Cost Analysis Reports
- Update Work Progress
- Coordinate Progress Meetings
- Generate Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports
- Coordination role with Consultant & contractors
- Develop Projects Master Schedules on P3 & P6
- Generate Method Statement
- Prepare Cost Analysis Reports
- Update Work Progress on P3 & P6
-Coordinate Progress Meetings
-Generate Monthly Progress Reports
- Identification, monitoring of critical paths running through the Project Master Schedule and individual contracts
- Coordination role with subcontractors
- Job allocation to all discipline engineers and follow up for daily job progress
-Understanding project work scope, needs and deliverables, contract milestones, Estimating durations and resources
- Handle Marketing Calls for the Company Services and Prepare/Send out Quotations
-Develop Projects Master Schedules using P3
-Prepare Cost loaded Schedule on P3
-Generate Method Statement
-Update Work Progress on P3
-Coordinate Progress Meetings
-Generate Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports
