Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure seamless end to end delivery of goods and services to customers and proactively shared information with them on status of delivery.

• Decide on optimum mix and routing of inland transporters for movement of containers from ports, container freight stations, clients’ destinations, warehouses for on time and cost effective movements.
• Keep track of actual expenses on daily and cumulative basis in the company’s accounting system and compare with budget to prevent any additional expenditure on account of operational delays.
• Ensure availability of material handling equipment in good condition with timely preventive maintenance to meet operational requirements.
• Visit container freight stations and warehouses to coordinate their operations and maximum utilization of storage space and material handling resources.
• Train and educate employees and contractors’ workmen on good housekeeping and safe work practices for compliance and accident and incident free records.
