1- Conduct/reply to emails and include the concerned parties (using the proper writing skills needed).
2-Answer phone calls, take messages and handle correspondence.
2-Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings.
3-Organize physical and virtual meetings (producing agendas and taking minutes).
4-Prepare correspondence, memos and forms.
5-File and update contact information of employees, suppliers and external partners.

1. Listen to the recorded dictation of a doctor or other healthcare professional.
2. Transcribe and interpret the dictation into diagnostic test results, operative reports, referral letters, and other documents.
3. Review and edit drafts prepared by speech recognition software, making sure that the transcription is correct, complete, and has a consistent style.
4. Translate medical abbreviations into the appropriate long form.
5. Identify inconsistencies, errors, and missing information within a report that could compromise patient care.
6. Submit health records for physicians to approve.
7. Follow patient confidentiality guidelines.
1- Interpret/translate to nurses, patients and physicians.
2- Answer queries of patients and their relatives.
3- Escort patients and their relatives.
4- Be in charge of the availability of the patients' files in the department.
5- Answer the desk phone that receives calls from different department in the hospital and help them as needed.
6- Arrange the admission procedures of the admitted patients.
7- Arrange the discharge procedures of the discharged patients.
