1. keeping all H.R records up to date
2. Making final arrangements with the recruits for their ultimate arrival.
3. Arranging identity cards and coordinating with the Training Dept.
4. Producing up to date manning guide reports and monthly report for the dept.
5. Coordinates with other Depts. On employee status matters.
6. Handling arrangements for staff social activities and controlling the staff notice board.
7. Carrying out other occasional duties related to the scope of the job as requested.
8. Arranging the interviews timing.
9. Arranging interviews setup, monitoring the interviews tests.
10. Monitoring and controlling all the employees' files.
11. Design and prepare statistical reports.
12. Personnel Records and Managing Computerized HR Soft Ware Package( HRIS)
13. Re-organization of the personnel files / records in a way to facilitate references. Keep documents in a logical sequence and maintain security and confidentiality.
14. Develop and maintain relationships with employment agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
15. Review applications and CVs, interview applicants, and conduct appropriate tests to evaluate applicants’ skills and make recommendations regarding applicants’ qualifications.
16. Prepare a pool of candidates for requested and potential positions.
17. Hiring process ( required documents, employment contract )
18. Exit interviews. Feeding back the concerned Dept. with important points for corrective steps if any.
19. Turn over report.
