1. Responsible for arriving at the commercial Margin every period and P&L variance analysis and Examining movements in key items and drilling to explain what caused the change.
2. Responsible for handling all Packaging and Design related cost and revenue for all 200 F&E stores located in Arizona, Nevada & Californian with raising of PO’s and keeping a track of it for billing by raising Invoices.
3. Tracking of all Commercial deals, Promotions, and events for Fresh & easy Stores which includes calculating on the companies Back margin for the period and also handle all the relevant queries.
4. Managing and reporting of the Commercial weekly books for the Execs, preparing Commercial journal entries, Daily and Weekly KPI reports
5. Perform daily, weekly & periodic MIS reporting to management and give information on the variances on a weekly/ periodic basis on different parameters depending on the nature of the area involved on Retail(Sales; Margin; Expenses etc)
6. Provide a variance analysis in terms of actual against forecasted / budgeted values Liaise & co-ordinate with various external & internal customers / teams to receive inputs, publish reports & successfully resolve issues/ queries if any.
7. Keeping track of the invoices generated for commercial team and reconcile with the AR team
1. Responsible for maintaining Global Commodities and Energy real time dataset.
2. Liaising with numerous OTC Commodities and Energy data providers such as ARGUS, CFTC, and PLATTS etc for sourcing data onto Thomson Reuters products - 3000Xtra / EIKON.
3. Trained peers on Commodities & Energy Markets/Thomson Reuters Products Thomson Reuters newsletters and all processes involved in providing intelligent data to clients.
4. Part of the DE Pilot team for the Projects Management team to Monitor and resolve project interdependencies, both internal and external to the business unit hence making sure the projects are delivered on time.
5. Worked for a high priority Argus DE database for Thomson reuters 3000Xtra.

MBA - Worked with Syndicate Bank as an Intern on Project Appraisal Scope of Study: Study of project Appraisal in Corporation Bank (Internship) The study included appraisal of large scale companies at the bank, understanding the important criteria and models for analyzing whether the projects require funding and for how much amount the applicant companies are actually eligible for. B.com - Worked on the Online booking software for a hotel project for a hotel Scope of Study: The Online booking software for a hotel helps for the smooth working of the hotel so as to eliminate bulky documentation and also to retrieve stored data. It is developed using Microsoft Access and Visual Basic Microsoft Access used as back-end for storing data and Visual Basic is used as front-end tool. Won 1st Place in National Level Business Meet in Marketing Event “Verve 2009” held at St. Aloysius College, Mangalore.
