• Reporting to the cluster president of NEAL, leading a business development, marketing and sales team for launching and managing the IT Business in the region.
• Accountable for defining strategies, plans, KPIs and implementing the same to achieve revenue Growth and segment share targets.
• Managing, directing and guiding sales & Marketing strategies and messaging to the market for all channel models and key Global customer segments.
• Overall Responsibility of the P&L.
• Responsible for achieving sales targets, growing the business by more than 300% in 4 years.
• Converting the business Model from a supply only model to a solution sales model through partners, System integrators and channels, achieving an overall market share of more than 40%.
• Coaching and mentoring sales, presales team to achieve set targets and to be self-starters.
