Role: Research Assistant
Focused on modeling and simulating high-performance building energy consumption, thermal comfort scenarios, and sustainable green buildings in the UAE. Conducted research on digital twins for AEC/FM industry, including quantitative research on the use of a precast system. Presented at the UN SDG initiative, published articles on digital twins and precast technology in Scopus-indexed conferences. Notably, an article on thermal performance is under review for a top 10% Scopus-indexed journal.

Ensured daily compliance with precast infrastructure requirements, supervised finishing in sub-stations, and verified technical drawing accuracy. Adhered to health and safety policies and legislation.

Responsibilities included presenting visuals, creating static visualizations and animations, and staying updated with design tools and software advances.
