Coordinate between Owner, contractor & operator requirements, Work on Design Development. Update Design drawings and discuss changes with Authorities’ Engineers. Work on Operator & Tenant special Requirements like Kitchen, restaurants, lobbies & Public areas Interior Design. Inspect Contractor’s works on site & approve the IRs. Review & approve method statements, Material submittals, and Shop drawings. Review Cost-Time Updates, investigate any delay and help in propose solutions.
Projects: The Edition hotel by Marriott hotels at downtown dubai
Follow up with site construction teams. Perform overall quality control of ID & finishes works on site. Work on ID design development and required updates for ID & finishes works. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support. Prepare all supportive documents needed for construction as material submittals, IRs & close all NCRs by taking the necessary action. Prepare subcontractor invoices, weekly & monthly reports, & coordinate between different displace as MEP, Structure & Architectural different finished, Coordinate between site team & client requirements.

Review & maintaining project’s schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems. Perform site inspections. Assist in Design Development. Control project plan by reviewing design, specifications, and plan and schedule changes, recommending actions. Coordinate between the Operations department and all other departments, make sure all the Operations needs are fulfilled and all departments’ needs related to the Operations are fulfilled as well, Coordinate between the company and 3rd parties, during the Construction phase of the project, by attending the progress meetings, with the Client/Project Manager/Consultant, where important decisions are taken, Follow up on the progress of the projects, as well as the performance of all departments, and leading the team members within the projects, whether the projects are in the Tender, Post Tender or Closeout phase.

R oles: Assign responsibilities, and mentor project team performance. Monitor works’ Quality compliance to QA/QC policies, practices, performance standards and specifications. Assist site staff in resolving technical issues and meetings as required with client. Plan & schedule daily & weekly work plan according to the schedule, monitor inspection, & make sure timely completion of project.
