My task is to provide complete secretarial and administrative services for the Infection Prevention & Control Department.

DAILY

- Records Reportable Diseases
- Collects and Record daily Reportable surveillance reports
- Encode Clinical Audits
- Sends H1N1 Results to physicians and designated units.
- Updates the Director of Infection Control of any issues.
- Answers telephone queries.
- Maintain file of Reportable diseases such as H1N1, MERS, Acute gastroenteritis, Tuberculosis, Chickenpox, POLIO, and many more.
- Maintain and organize files.
-Receive telephone queries.


WEEKLY

- Prepare documentation for PCV13 Weekly Report
- Scan and Send PCV13 Report to MOH
- Prepare documentation for H1N1 positive cases.
- Scan and Report Weekly H1N1 summary to MOH.
-Prepare documentations for Reportable Diseases for the week.
- Scan and send Weekly Reportable to MOH.


MONTHLY

- Collects Hand Hygiene Observations from units.
-Compute Hand Hygiene compliance for each unit for interpretation.
- Collect Monthly Audit for Safe Injection Practices.
- Records and Computes Monthly Safe Injection Practices compliance for each department.
- Record summarized Clinical Audit Compliances.


Additional Tasks as needed

- Encode and format Policy manuals.
- Prepares evidence binders and other facilities needed before and during accreditation period.
- Route Policies for approval and signature.
- Prepare and Write Memos.
- Sends IPCD office memo & communications to other departments.
- Organize meetings, send calendar to members.
- Prepare minutes of the meeting during Committee and Team meetings.
- Sends minutes to all members.
- Prepares and coordinate Purchase Request of Items needed to Procurement Department
- Prepares Supply Request.
